Coordinator of Youth Ministry – Holy Angels Parish

The Coordinator of Youth Ministry (CYM) provides vision and coordination for the parish’s efforts in ministry to young people from 6th through 12th grades. This includes middle and high school weekly gatherings featuring catechesis centered on Scripture and Tradition, periodic activities at Holy Angels Parish, diocesan, and national levels, and appropriate social media involvement on major outlets to help guide youth and their parents in living lives of discipleship.

Some qualifications include: strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to read, prepare, and manage budgets and scheduling for major events and programs, be available to work outside of regular business hours as required.

The employee must have knowledge of Church structure and culture. The employee must have knowledge of current youth culture and current trends and issues with those cultures. Requires the ability to maintain confidentiality. Click here for full job description.

Director of Religious Education – St. Joseph’s Mission

The Director of Religious Education is responsible to transmit the Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ to all members of the parish family. To teach the doctrine and traditions of the Catholic Church by developing, implementing, and fostering various religious education programs in St. Joseph’s Parish.

Some responsibilities include: Plan and coordinate the sacramental programs of Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation. Oversee and support the parish adult religious education program, including sacramental programs for adults. Be available to work outside of regular business hours, including Sundays during religious education classes, as required

Some qualifications include: Catholic in good standing, faithful to the teachings of the Catholic Church. Excellent communication skills, have successful experience working with diverse groups of people. Click here for full job description.
